Sorry, I wasn't sure what the question was or I would of said something.... I wasn't sure what 24'10'' was a measurement of (in my language, ' and " is used for sizes). Now I see you mean duration, in the interest of answering... for some reason it's 24:09 for me but that's not important.
Important thing is, and I totally agree, Ernie Young does an awesome job at editing these down to cut out commercials perfectly, I'm so thankful for such HD quality too! I tend to wait for Ernie Young's upload each week now.

Haha I see. I guess the length of commercials are also so exact? That's impressive if so. Makes a difference from broadcasts here... Kinda like how British trains always run late but Japanese trains are always on time!
