To commemorate the 90th anniversary of Yoshimoto Kogyo and 50th anniversary of NTV, this special program was aired in 2002 and had several big Kansai comedians appearing, like London Boots’ Atsushi, Miyasako, Imada, Higashino and Endo. For this particular corner, Hamada was MC with Matsumoto as one of the participants.
Simple format: After being asked a trivia question, the comedians’ managers have to answer that question. If answered correctly, the winning comedian then can go to a roulette and press a button to stop the roulette and land on a particular batsu game. He then can choose any one of the other participants to receive that game.

Oh I saw this whole 2 hour Special get uploaded awhile back on Youtube though it got deleted soon after I managed to download it first. I think that upload of the 1 segment is higher quality though, nice find.
There is an earlier bit where I think guests are telling stories about those who are brought up to the front (including Matsumoto). Housei seems to tell some stories though it apparently backfires with his comedian friend Jinnai Tomonori ![:rofl:]( "Rolling Over the Floor Laughing")
Tanaka is also in this and takes part in a challenge that seems like a twist on musical chairs where those left standing have to try and get someone to leave I guess.
