Thanks for posting the pictures Deflow, I was really wondering what the hell did Endou write (let's face it, everybody likes a good gossip!) and although I am able to read some Japanese, I'm too slow of a reader so they got them off the screen before I managed to spell it all out, got it now!

Personally I don't think the Gaki staff want Endo(u) back with Chiaki, it is more humiliation for him, he is seen to be the good looking one out of all 5, and he is vain in that regard.

And they just want to get him in anyway they can to make him uncomfortable, this year was ouch for him. But he learned you reap what you sow, and he reaped big time. Chiaki's anger was big time, I am guessing perhaps Endo has agreed with her about getting help etc with obvious addictions, and she was less than impressed with his attempt at the waitress, but that was many years before. So who knows why she was really angry with him.

But she didn't like the part she had to play in defending him, her voice was almost strained with the anger in it.

i full on agree with DAB here yes as it is very humorous to make fun of a man when hes vulnerable and teaches you to be careful with how you act and what you say around people that can always be used back against you but this played out drama with the two of them is none of our business and shouldnt be put on public display as almost the producers are making it a SHOW WITHIN A SHOW'isque type of real-life preformance

sometimes I forget on the internet, people aren't the same nationality or roughly the same age as me so they are coming from a totally different angle. If I come across sounding condescending, I apologize in advance. But if you think the staff want Chiaki and Endou back together again or for that matter she wants to get back together again, you crazy.

If the producer's really wanted to get their working colleague and possible friend back together with his ex wife, do you think they would set him up in a really awkward situation for a bit on a nationally televised show (on new year's eve by the way, the biggest audience of the year) and embarrass him for laughs? I don't know about you guys, but if I wanted to get my coworker back together with his ex, I would talk to them in private. Airing their dirty laundry would be the last thing I would do.

And Chiaki showing up in not proof that she "wants to get back with Endou". She's just a professional TV personality doing her job. Both her and Endou and a bajillion other TV personalities have talked and made fun of their divorces on TV and they will continue to be the butt of many jokes to come.

i think the staff is tiring of Endo, they made that joke with the movie promos, essentially accusing him of phoning it in, and Hamada wasn't laughing. I think they wanted to pull a huge prank on him to shake him up, and Chiaki approved.

I believe she had nothing to do with the scripting. All things said, she would be wise not to take him back regardless.

And lets just get this straight, the crew tricked him into text flirting with the girl, and he never met her in person. They pulled the prank on him in the Spy Batsu, he realized he'd been tricked.

Now, while he's dating his manager, he gets a text from the same girl, exchanges some more texts, and meets in person (for the first time), and doesn't think it might be a trick again? Like Chiaki said, he's cute, but wow, is he an idiot. I bet the crew were surprised when he went for it.

Watching this year's batsu game, I wondered who the Morizaki woman is. She appears with Chiaki and the Endo family as they sing new lyrics to the Ashita ga aru sa music. I could be wrong because her hair is different and I can't be arsed to track down the photo in the drawer, but I believe Morizaki is the woman that Endo was corresponding with. I wish he would get over it too, but it's more a case of could rather than would since it looks like Suga is giving her a bigger part in the game. She's cute by the way, so I don't blame Endo for trying in the first place. I think that his chances with Chiaki are over and done with. From my experiences in Japan, the first wife (even if she is the ex-wife) is always going to be associated with you if you have kids together. It's different than what I experienced in America.

According to her Japanese Wikipedia page, Morisaki apparently is a '料理研究家', which roughly translates to 'dish student' in Google Translate, so maybe she's something like a food critic, but she does dabble in gravure as well. And if I remember correctly, that girl in the photo you mentioned was an extra called Misa hired to play a part in the 'Hamada is Watching' episode, where Hamada didn't show up for filming but somehow 'appeared' in VTRs that the other members filmed.

On Endo, although I do like him, he really does need to start settling down. Those text messages from Enthusiastic Teachers were funny. but it made me a bit sad to see that he hadn't really changed from when he and Chiaki divorced. Eyeing other girls when he's dating someone else and trying to sweet talk them is going to get him in major trouble if he's not careful.

Her full name is Yuki Morisaki, she is notably famous for being a chef and model. She is responsible for providing the recipes in manga called Shokugeki no Soma (great manga btw)
