I have finish adjusting the timing for the subs to synch it with the HD version so here it is,

Edit: ehm, problem. The subs appear as white with shaded boarded.. no color depending on who says what. as intended or something wrong?

Is there a way to merge the timing information from this file with the color and style formatting from the original subs? I tried subtitle workshop, but it stripped out all of the color and positioning information from the sub.

try the subtitle edit
and use the original sub file from shibata website

Guys i am trying to change the font size, because the text is suitable for the SD version which is in 480P and our HD is 1080P so it is unsuitable or rather it will appear too big, once i am done or other subber do it i will inform u guys, however the timing for this file is perfect though
Takes me 10 hours to do, 4 hours work, 6 hours sleep lol

has anyone else noticed that the subs for the HD (both 720 and 1080) are slightly off by about a split second? I am extremely grateful for the work everyone has done and am just happy to have any translation at all ultimately so it's just a minor thing

rough work is done here, because it is my first time doing this

well actually it may be the files i am using

my 1080 file is listed at 4:56:19
my 720 file is listed at 4:55:15

my SD one works perfectly and is listed at 4:56:27

i am not sure how i got all turned around, what is the duration and size of your HD vid?

hmm, it's ok ultimately, I am just happy it's finally out, if mine is off slightly it's no big deal
