For those not familiar with this slang, panchira generally means 'showing underwear'.
In undertaking a golf lesson, Matsumoto somehow gets the 'Hamada at Batsu Game' treatment and receives a female golfer's clothing, including a skirt, while the other four get normal clothing. Matsumoto then decides that they can continue on with filming as long as the others don't take a look. Wonder how that will go...

That explanation reminds me of a recent regular project on Cream Stew's show (Kuriimu Nanchara etc.), the "Miniskirt Olympics", where they try to perform their best at various sports while wearing AKB outfits with very loose underwear and avoiding showing any of it for a single TV camera that films their runs.

Matsumoto is the only one with female clothing. The original description says the other four will see the accidental panchira from time to time and Matsumoto gets enraged about it even though they never wanted to see it in the first place, they just end up naturally glancing at an unexpected thing.

In other words, I guess it will end up being something like the recent "Get angry at dokkiri" or the old "Matsumoto Challenge" episodes.

To me, recent episodes like the ones you mentioned above feel like a mix between trying to make conte/konto in the old Gaki style of past years like the 'Stalking' series and more simpler, 'watered down' versions that they've been doing these past couple of years. For example, let's say a new 'Matsumoto challenge' was done this week. I feel it would have a lot more sincerity in trying to see Matsumoto bypass still difficult but more reasonable targets instead of seeing the previously absurd, yet hilarious targets that he set and the funny methods the others tried to help him get across the line. It's obvious that the Gaki staff still have the creativity in them, but the stricter standards of Japanese TV pretty much disallow them from going too far in their inventiveness. I would bet that had it been the early 2000s, the episode description in Japanese above would not be as explanatory and straightforward as it were now.

Would be cool if it was a bit like the "What Matsumoto Likes" episode where he was being unreasonable and bestowing random punishments upon them for unavoidable mistakes.

I agree...A lot of what was broadcasted in the 90s and 00s would probably not be allowed to air in this current era...

I actually think that lots of the gaki no tsukai episodes are 1-ep-long konto where each cast member have their own role to play
(many times they play the whole thing through so straight, that people end up believing that the scenario(s) is true eg, the Itao series)
